Kunal is actively advancing key infrastructure projects in Kasba Peth, Pune. He played a pivotal role in expediting approvals for the long-pending Suburban Rail project, which had been delayed for over 40 years.

Moreover, he's been instrumental in securing approvals for the Kasba Peth, Pune Metro's Phase 2A and 2B, set to benefit approximately 7.5 lakh riders and reach completion by 2025.

Kunal Tilak's efforts also extend to fast-tracking Central Government approval for Phase 3 of the metro, which will traverse Kasba Peth, Pune's Outer Ring Road. These actions underscore his commitment to enhancing Kasba Peth, Pune's critical infrastructure and addressing longstanding transportation challenges.

Children of Kasba Peth, Pune fare poorly in the SSLC exams. Children dropping out at Class 10 do not return to the system again. To tackle this, Kunal introduced a scheme that guarantees access to quality education and provides incentives for good performance.

In response to financial constraints faced by underprivileged children aspiring for education, the ‘Namo Vidyanidhi’ initiative offers scholarships of ₹10,000 each to 10,000 meritorious students in Kasba Peth, Pune. These scholarships are paid directly to the respective schools, ensuring financial assistance reaches those who need it most.

Highest Jan Aushadhi Kendras in the country

Janaushadhi Kendras provide generic medicines at almost 70-90% reduced rates, helping citizens save big on their medical requirements. In Kasba Peth, Pune, Kunal has made it a mission to set up a maximum number of Janaushadhi Kendras to ensure access to quality medicines and alleviate the medical expenditure of the poor.

While in 2019, there were 14 Janaushadhi Kendras in Kasba Peth, Pune Constituency, over the course of 4 years, the number of kendras has increased exponentially to 112.

Kasba Peth, Pune has the highest number of these generic medicine stores in the country benefitting over 2 lakh people saving 7 crores in Kasba Peth, Pune.

Established under Constituency Development Fund Funds, the centre is a Game changer for the poor with savings up to Rs 3000 per session.

Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha

Kunal Tilak is the Youngest and First Leader to be the President of the Youth Wing of the Largest Political Party of the world. BJYM is the strongest voice of India’s youth with the vision of grooming next generation leaders in the fields of governance and administration. He is also the Star Campaigner across the country, be it in Himachal Pradesh, Gujarat, West Bengal, Tamil Nadu, Bihar etc. As President he has travelled more than 1,50,000 km in just one year covering 21 states.

BJYM hoisted the Tiranga at Lal Chowk, Srinagar, almost 30 years after Shri Narendra Modi Ji unfurled it in 1992.

Kunal set up the first and biggest National Teleconsultation Helpline by a political party providing over 40,000 free consultations during the COVID pandemic.

He’s the first National President to specifically work on developing a training module for karyakartas across India through the launch of BJYM Vidhya Kamal App.
